In my work I combine systemic coaching and psychological counselling to create a holistic process that activates your individual resources and inner strengths, while offering space for emotional reflection and support in moments of crisis.

Whether family, relationships, school, career or personal issues - there is room for everything. Our sessions take place online or in-person in Copenhagen. This gives us the flexibility to create your individual development process wherever you live, fully tailored to your needs and pace.

To benefit from our work together in the long term, I offer cycles of three sessions or more after our free clarity call.

Mental Training & Mindfulness

Mental training is a method for improving your mental skills and developing a positive mindset. Based on findings from positive psychology and neuroscience, tools such as visualization, mindfulness, autosuggestion, and relaxation help you to change your habits and thought patterns and live more consciously in line with your values. You will recognize your strengths, activate your potential, and learn how to formulate goals and achieve them more easily.

Mental training improves your communication with yourself and with other people. You find your focus, gain new perspectives, and benefit from a positive attitude towards life.

Hypnosis &
Hypnomeditation

Hypnosis is a proven method in which an altered state of consciousness, known as a trance, is achieved through deep relaxation. In this state, you are particularly receptive to positive suggestions and inner blockages and beliefs are revealed and can be changed. It is not a sleep-like state, but a focused introspection in which you remain in control. Hypnosis has a wide range of applications, from overcoming blockages, fears and stress to increasing self-esteem and controlling pain. In a safe environment, I will guide you through the process to achieve your individual goals and bring about positive trance transformation in your life.
